How the lobby actually feels

What we look for: a lobby that loads in under three seconds on a 4G connection, a clearly visible deposit cap, a help-centre link that opens a real human, and a session timer that defaults to on. Anything that fails one of these loses a point in the methodology ledger.
The test a small withdrawal gives you
The desk's rule: run a small UPI withdrawal before going bigger. Two hours is the healthy baseline. Anything slower is logged in the platform ledger and brought into the next review.
What we look for: a UPI withdrawal that completes without manual follow-up, a clear receipt on the platform's transaction history, and a customer-support agent who knows the platform's settlement cycle. These three together tell us the operator's payment stack is built, not borrowed.
A second rule: a real-money platform that asks for repeated selfies in odd lighting to clear a withdrawal is failing the trust lens. We log it. The desk treats repeated manual KYC requests as a high-severity signal.
Live chat, email, and the unanswered test
The desk's support test is a single question about the platform's deposit-cap setting. A healthy answer explains where the menu is, what the default is, and how to lower it. Anything else is logged.
Live chat is the new baseline. Email-only support is no longer acceptable for a real-money platform in 2026 — the desk flags email-only platforms on the platform ledger until they add live chat.

Why are the operator names anonymised here?
The desk publishes the comparison ledger anonymously because the methodology is what the reader should read first. Single-platform reviews use the operator's real name and live at /review/.
How often do you re-review a platform?
The desk re-tests each platform at least once a quarter. The reviews ledger carries a date stamp on every entry.
What does the desk do with affiliate fees?
Where a reader action routes to a partner, the desk receives a fee at no extra cost to the reader. The fee never affects the score; the disclosure lives at the foot of every review.
Do you test for RNG fairness yourself?
We verify the independent lab stamp and request the lab report. The desk does not run its own shuffle distribution test — that would require a custom toolchain the desk does not maintain.
