What the single-platform review includes
A single-platform review includes: the operator's published rulebook, the operator's published drop-point ladder, the operator's RNG certificate (with the lab's name and certificate number), the operator's KYC turnaround (measured by the desk), the operator's UPI withdrawal timing (measured by the desk), the operator's support menu and response time, and the operator's complaint history from the last 90 days.
How the desk measures
The desk's methodology is published on the reviews hub. Three lenses — rules, mechanics, trust — applied to each operator. The desk re-tests each operator at least once a quarter; the reviews ledger carries a date stamp on every entry.
What the single-platform review will say
The desk publishes a single-platform review for each operator we have tested for at least one full quarter. New operators — those that have been on the platform ledger for less than three months — are listed on the comparison ledger but do not yet have a single-platform review.
Editorial honesty
The desk publishes the operator's real name in single-platform reviews, unlike the anonymised comparison ledger. The desk's reading: the comparison ledger is the methodology, the single-platform review is the verdict. The reader can use either entry point; the desk recommends reading both.
What the desk will not publish
The desk does not publish marketing language. We do not publish screenshots that show the operator's lobby in a flattering light; we do not include claims the operator has not substantiated; we do not publish a score that is not backed by the methodology.

The comparison ledger is the methodology. The single-platform review is the verdict. We publish the operator's real name in the single-platform review; the comparison ledger uses anonymised labels so readers read the methodology first.
How often do you re-review an operator?
The desk re-tests each operator at least once a quarter. The reviews ledger carries a date stamp on every entry.
What if my operator is not on the desk's list?
The desk tracks operators that meet the safety baseline: a published RNG certificate, a clear KYC process, and a public support menu. Operators that do not meet the baseline are not on the desk's list; we recommend not signing up with them.
What is the desk's correction policy?
If a single-platform review contains a factually incorrect claim, the desk publishes a correction on the next digest with a clear note of what changed and when. The desk does not silently rewrite history.
